- Filter integrity & Machine parts cleaning
- Filtration, Cleaning and disinfections of aseptic filling area.
- Maintain hygiene & GMP standards in the area.
- Perform operations according to the (MFM/BMR) under supervision of supervisor.
- Maintain all related logbooks and records.
- Report any deviation to Supervisor
- Well known about freeze dyer and RABs Technology.
- Checks hygiene & GMP standards in the area.
- Checks cleaning of area and equipment according to SOP.
- Checks and maintains all related logbooks and records.
- Reports and investigates any deviation observed in the area to the Supervisor Communicates maintenance or breakdowns of machines and co-ordinate with Maintenance Dept.
- Ensure cleaning of Machine parts & Filters
- filter integrity
- CIP & SIP for mobile and preparation Tanks
- Prepare Autoclave load (filters, hoses and containers)
- Well known about aseptic techniques and filling machines ( Ampoule/Vial) also Freeze dryer
- Handling all sterilized items inside the filling room
- Perform both preventative and regular maintenance on production machines, and communicate repair needs or damages to the supervisor.
- Perform operations according to the (MFM/BMR) under supervision of supervisor
- Assist with aseptic filling, lyophilization and capping procedures.
- Highly oriented with strong sense of accountability & ownership.
- High on Integrity, & overall compliance.
- Positive and approachable manner.
- Good communication and collaboration with team work.
- Good technical knowledge with implementation skills.
- Ability to accept change and implement it precipitately.

- Detail oriented & should be having good learners mind to understand and grasp new learnings.
- At least 4 years experience as a Technician.
- Higher Secondary certificate/Diploma in similar field.
- Proven experience in Pharmaceutical industry, and product manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP Principles, Good Documentation and recording practices.
