- Monitor and control the plating process to ensure quality and consistency of finished products.
- Conduct surface preparation tasks such as cleaning, degreasing, and passivation before plating.
- Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities using visual inspection techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including batch numbers, dates, and results.
Job Requirements : - More than 3 years of experience out of which at least 2 years in a copper plating industry
- Working experience electroplating preferably in copper plating.
- Strong understanding of chemical analysis principles applied to surface treatment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for record-keeping purposes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of attention to detail.
