We are hiring a Senior Business Development Representative to identify and nurture opportunities in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should excel in solution-based selling, be proficient in product demonstrations, and possess a deep understanding of the local sales landscape.Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities, focusing on solution-based selling approaches.
- Conduct sales product demonstrations and proof-of-concept presentations tailored to client needs.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand the companys footprint in the UAE.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project execution.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and sales strategies, adapting to market demands.
- Organize and lead workshops to engage potential clients and promote the companys offerings.
- Bachelor's in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) and an MBA.
- Proven experience in IT software/hardware sales, with expertise in the UAE market.
- Familiarity with Low-Code/No-Code (LCNC) platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and sell emerging technologies.
