- Assist with ingredient preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping, and organizing ingredients for the culinary team.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene by washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring all areas are organized and tidy.
- Perform general kitchen duties such as stocking supplies, unpacking deliveries, taking out trash, and rotating inventory.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs to support a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is a plus.
- Fluent in English, with a good understanding of verbal communication.
- Must possess a valid passport with sufficient remaining validity for travel and visa processing.
- An eager willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- An enthusiastic attitude and a cooperative, team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
