- Produce and coordinate MEP designs (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting) along with calculations, drawings, and BOQs.
- Develop and maintain Revit MEP models; resolve clashes with architecture, structure, and electrical.
- Support site activities: review shop drawings and materials, conduct inspections/WIRs, track RFIs, and assist T&C for handover.
- Prepare and follow up on authority submissions/NOCs with DM, DEWA, DCD, RTA, Empower, DDA/Trakhees, and master developers.
- Ensure compliance with UAE codes, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, and Dubai Green Building Regulations (Al Sa'fat).
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
- 5-10 years of MEP experience (UAE experience preferred); strong mechanical/plumbing focus is a plus.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD; working knowledge of HAP, Elite, and Navisworks.
- Strong site coordination, QA/QC, and stakeholder communication skills.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
