Job Type: Full-timeJob OverviewThe Sales Head - Middle East will drive client acquisition and revenue generation for AI-based enterprise solutions. Working closely with top management, you will lead outbound efforts, pitch value-driven solutions to enterprise clients, and own the complete sales lifecycle-from prospecting to closure. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with direct visibility to the CXO team.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional go-to-market strategy focused on UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman
- Own the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers
- Drive prospecting via networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn, and outbound campaigns
- Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals aligned to customer needs
- Represent the company at regional tech events and business meetings
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and sales forecasts using tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
- Collaborate with leadership to continuously refine sales strategies for the GCC
- Prepare regular updates on pipeline status and deal forecasts
- Provide market intelligence and client feedback to CXO-level stakeholders
- 10+ years of experience in B2B/Enterprise sales, preferably in AI or IT services
- Proven success in selling high-value solutions to large enterprises across the Middle East
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and close complex deals
- MBA preferred but not mandatory
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel across GCC countries
