Your leadership will ensure guest well-being, effective supervision, and compliance with international water safety protocols.What You'll Do
- Supervise lifeguards and coordinate daily operations across pool and beach areas
- Ensure lifeguards are actively engaged, compliant with SOPs, and attentive at all assigned posts
- Guide, motivate, and mentor team members, maintaining morale and operational readiness
- Handle guest concerns or safety incidents professionally, escalating when necessary
- Monitor water areas for safety risks and respond swiftly to emergencies
- Uphold Ellis & Associates and EIAC safety standards with hands-on leadership
- Assist with audits, drills, training programs, and shift scheduling
- Valid Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Instructor certification
- 2-3 years lifeguard experience in a 5-star hotel or water park; team leader experience preferred
- Strong understanding of international safety standards and multicultural teamwork
- Calm under pressure, reliable in emergencies, and guest-service focused
- Physically fit, professional in appearance, and a role model for the team
