• Advanced knowledge of concepts and approaches of assessment in medical education • Advanced knowledge and experience with assessment systems preferably in context of postgraduate specialty education • Skills and experience in design and organization of assessment systems in context of medical education • Analytical skills in exam design, management, and evaluation • Effective communication skills including excellent command of English language • Competency in training and facilitation of capacity building Recommended training courses • Training in relevant areas of assessment • Program evaluation

• MBBS or equivalent qualification in health/humanities • Doctoral or master’s qualification in medical education • Advanced training in assessment
