- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures for spa treatments and services.
- Provide detailed information about spa offerings, promotions, and membership packages.
- Address guest inquiries and accommodate special requests with efficiency and discretion.
- Manage spa appointments using the booking system, ensuring optimal scheduling to maximize occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Confirm and follow up on appointments to reduce cancellations or no-shows.
- Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure seamless scheduling and guest preparation.
- Handle billing processes, including cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately.
- Maintain accurate guest records and service histories in the system.
- Assist in inventory management of retail products and replenish stock as needed.
- Ensure the reception area and lounge are clean, organized, and stocked with amenities.
- Handle guest feedback and escalate issues to the Director of Spa/SPA Supervisor when necessary.
- Report accidents, maintenance issues, or other incidents
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Using the appropriate telephone techniques and manner.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury spa, hotel, or wellness environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a busy reception environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in booking/reservation software and basic computer skills.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance in line with the hotel’s standards.
- A warm and approachable personality with a passion for guest service.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling guest information.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in hospitality or spa management is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
