Key Responsibilities:Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner accounts, ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction, retention, and engagement.Sales Enablement: Support partners by providing the tools, resources, and training needed to sell our products and services effectively. Assist in creating customized sales plans and strategies.Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by working closely with partners to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities, including cross-sell and upsell potential within partner accounts.Partner Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners. Develop a deep understanding of each partners business and align their goals with our products and services.Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, set goals, and align strategies that drive success for both parties. Regularly assess account performance and adjust plans as needed.Channel Strategy: Execute and manage the companys channel sales strategy, ensuring partners are aligned with company objectives and growth targets.Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline within partner accounts, ensuring timely follow-up, lead qualification, and deal closure. Provide regular reports on pipeline status and sales forecasts.Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure partners have the support they need. Provide insights into customer needs and market trends to help shape future product offerings.Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on partner performance, providing insights into opportunities for improvement and growth. Regularly update management on the status of partner relationships and sales achievements.Problem Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing any issues, concerns, or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.Industry Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in partner management. Use this knowledge to advise partners and help them remain competitive.Requirements:Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in partner account management, channel sales, or business development in a B2B environment.Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strong partner relationships.Sales & Negotiation Skills:Strong sales skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals with partners. Ability to understand and align partner goals with company objectives.Communication Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence at all organizational levels.Strategic Thinking:Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans that result in measurable business growth.Project Management:Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and draw insights to drive decision-making and improve partner outcomes.Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented:Highly driven, with a focus on results, accountability, and achieving partner sales goals.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a specific industry or vertical relevant to the companys product offerings (e.g., SaaS, IT, Cloud Services, etc.).Experience working with international partners or global channel strategies.Familiarity with partner ecosystem tools or platforms.Existing relationships with key partners in relevant industries.Working Conditions:Full-time position with some travel required to meet with partners, attend events, or conduct training sessions.Flexible work environment (e.g., remote work or hybrid options depending on company policy).Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.Compensation:
