Lack of experience is not a limitation, provided the candidate possesses the capability and openness to learn and adapt.Functional/Technical Competencies:Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
A unique design process that demonstrates problem-solving and creativity.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Uizard, Galileo AI, etc.) to streamline design tasks.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
A growth mindset, open to feedback, eager to learn, and excited to evolve.
Portfolio showcasing design work and thought process (personal projects).
Experience with user research and data-driven design.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
