Senior HR Executive

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the hospitality or real estate industries.
• In-depth knowledge of KSA and UAE labor laws and regulations.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
