This role requires a combination of creativity, organization, and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation: Develop compelling social media content, including images, videos, and written posts.Design Support: Assist in designing and formatting presentations, reports, graphs, and marketing materials.Branding & Templates: Support the creation and maintenance of branding guidelines and templates for internal and external use.Social Media Management: Plan, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key marketing and social media metrics, providing insights and reports to enhance engagement.Candidate RequirementsAt least 1 year of experience in marketing, social media, or a related fieldStrong graphic design skills and proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platformsExperience with Google Suite/MS Office for creating reports and presentationsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detailAbility to analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insightsHard Skills:Social media strategy development and execution.Content creation (posts, stories, reels) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.Basic graphic design knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Meta ads and campaign management.Soft Skills:Creativity and innovation in content creation.Team collaboration and interpersonal skills.Problem-solving and strategic thinking.Location & CommitmentsFull-time, Contracted.
