- Act as the primary point of contact with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders, managing negotiations, scope changes, and business development opportunities
- Develop, implement, and oversee detailed project execution plans, safety programs, and quality assurance measures
- Define technical requirements, monitor project deliverables, and ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and budget commitments
- Lead all aspects of project management including planning, design coordination, construction supervision, procurement, and financial controls
- Delegate responsibilities across multidisciplinary project teams, providing mentorship and leadership to ensure effective task delivery
- Oversee mobilization, resource allocation, and staffing requirements in coordination with internal teams
- Identify risks, delays, or budget variances early and implement mitigation or corrective measures to keep projects on track
- Maintain accurate reporting systems, progress updates, and documentation for senior management and clients
- Drive adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across all project phases
- Represent Parsons at key client and stakeholder meetings, providing expert input and strategic direction
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline from a recognized institution
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in infrastructure and master planning project management, with a proven record of successful delivery in the UAE or GCC
- Deep knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and contract administration practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to manage complex infrastructure projects under demanding timelines
- Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent Parsons to clients and partners
