They are also reviewed to facilitate Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) for all changes, reviewing results from the work carried out and identifying areas of improvement for future implementations.What you will do:
  • Change Management
  • Ensure all activities designed to implement the change are as per the standards and adherence to the defined policies and procedures.
  • Attend CAB meetings to oversee the review of changes.
  • Ensure Change is accomplished in an orderly fashion to achieve the expected result without service disruption and within agreed-to time frames
  • Assist change scheduling against multiple internal business calendars to align with business requirements and to ensure no conflicting configuration items are deploying at the same time
  • Ensure timey risk analysis is conducted for all new and changed service.
  • Assist the adoption of the change management process within the organisation and required tool training.
  • Work closely with project managers and internal IT teams to define the requirements for change to be successfully delivered into the live environment.
  • Assist to publish and maintain a forward schedule of change and downtime calendar for entire organisation taking into account all geographies of operation.
  • Conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) of implemented change.
  • Drive adoption of standard solutions across companies and geographies.
  • Ensure compliance with IT Policies, Security Standards and strengthen internal controls. Identify and manage key risks in your solution domain.
  • Other Key Responsibilities
  • Provide test analyst responsibilities as required by the Service Transition Manager.
  • To liaise with relevant managers and stakeholders in IT to ensure full collaboration and understanding on critical topics as one IT team.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the solutions and business processes.
Required Skills to be successful:
  • UAE national
  • University degree in Computer Science
  • Good communication skills
About the Team:
  • You will be reporting to Head of ITSM & CoE
What equips you for the role:
  • College or University degree in Computer Science or a related disciplin
  • One years' experience in Change Management is an advantage
  • Technology is domain expertise in Change Management. Understanding of IT Service Management involving ITIIL and ISO 2000 is desired.
