Job Description :Key Responsibilities:Handle complete estimation cycle for medium to large façade projects.Evaluate cost-effective alternatives and risk factors.Mentor junior estimators and review their submissions.Represent company in technical-commercial discussions with clients.Work closely with project and design teams for value engineering.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant UAE/GCC experience.Extensive knowledge of aluminium, glass, cladding, and curtain wall pricing.Proven track record in preparing winning quotations.Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
