- Conduct health screenings, manage chronic diseases, and promote patient education
- Explain diagnoses, treatments, medications, and lifestyle adjustments clearly to patients
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with specialists to deliver coordinated and holistic healthcare
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with standards
- Participate in clinical audits, research, and medical education for continuous improvement
- DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Specialist in Family Medicine
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong ability to manage both routine and complex medical cases
- Committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care
- Team-oriented with adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment
- Experience in building or managing a patient following preferred
- MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of recognized Family Medicine specialty qualification (DHA/HAAD/MOH UAE approved)
- Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
- Minimum 5 years of specialist-level experience
- Research publications in peer-reviewed journals an advantage
