An exciting opportunity has opened up for a CFO to join our client in Dubai.This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the finance strategy, optimizing processes, and supporting key commercial decisions at the group level.Key Responsibilities:
▪️Drive the finance strategy and support business growth
▪️Lead financial planning, analysis, and risk mitigation
▪️Manage cash flow, credit control, and working capital
▪️Oversee month-end and year-end closings and reporting
▪️Ensure full compliance with IFRS, VAT, and local regulations
▪️Collaborate with operational leaders to meet divisional targets
▪️Lead ERP implementation and financial systems improvements
▪️Build and develop a high-performing finance teamIdeal Candidate:
▪️CA / ACCA or equivalent
▪️10+ years in a similar leadership role
▪️Must be on a Head, Director or CFO capacity
▪️Strong command of ERP financial systems and Microsoft Office
▪️Proficient in IFRS, UAE VAT, and treasury management
▪️Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
▪️Experience working in the motor / automotive industry
▪️Experience managing and leading a team
