An established and leading real estate and investment group in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled Vice President Asset Management to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic asset initiatives, optimise portfolio performance, and contribute to the growth of a high-profile real estate platform.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee asset management strategies for a diversified real estate portfolio, ensuring maximum performance and value creation.Monitor portfolio performance, including financial, operational, and market metrics, and provide actionable insights to senior management.Develop and execute asset plans, including leasing, capital expenditure, and repositioning strategies.Collaborate closely with development, investment, and finance teams to align asset strategies with corporate objectives.Manage external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and service providers, ensuring robust governance and reporting standards.Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a high-performance culture.Candidate Profile:Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in real estate asset management, investment management, or a related field, preferably with exposure to large-scale portfolios in the UAE or GCC.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and valuation skills.Proven ability to develop and implement strategic asset plans with measurable results.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
