- Lead planning, structuring, and tracking of cross-functional initiatives under the Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Planning portfolio.
- Drive ownership and delivery across workstreams through clearly defined milestones, interdependencies, and escalation mechanisms.
- Proactively identify execution risks and address them timely intervention.
- Convert priorities into operational workplans and execution pathways that cascade across functions.
- Apply structured problem-solving to frame high-impact challenges and co-develop scalable solutions.
- Support refinement and rollout of operating model shifts, including decision rights, structural interfaces, and process optimization within the different mandates.
- Develop forward-looking dashboards and KPIs using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau to track performance across strategic, financial, and operational domains
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of reporting outputs for ExCom, Board, and governance committees.
- Drive automation of reporting cycles and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Orchestrate the full operating rhythm of Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Planning .
- Act as a key interface with senior stakeholders across Finance, Solutions & Sustainability Planning .
- Prepare and facilitate leadership briefings, ensuring each session is outcome-oriented and backed by decision-ready materials.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
- Strong in project delivery and operating model design
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Excel, and tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Airtable
- Able to simplify complex, cross-functional topics into clear outputs
- Experienced in strategy execution and PMO best practices
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and confident in executive settings
- Trusted with confidential and sensitive matters
- Bachelor's in Business or related field (MBA or Master's preferred)
- 5–7 years at top consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&) or in strategic roles (e.g., COO Office, Transformation)
- Proven track record in managing strategic execution, performance cycles, and operating model rollouts
