- As business requirements demand, and in consultation with the global leadership team, build a local team that can deliver on Company objectives in the region.
- Drive high performance among direct report(s).
- Develop the regional team's capabilities and culture consistent with the Company's global vision, mission and values.
- Make decisions that drive strategic and operational outcomes.
- Collaborate with the global leadership team to set team targets and KPIs.
- Lead the sales and marketing efforts to establish the company's credentials in the region.
- Achieve annual new business sales targets.
- Lead the local partner services efforts so that partner retention and growth targets are met.
- Develop strong and sustainable relationships with senior executives at partner and prospective partner institutions in the region.
- Update KPI reporting in a timely manner according to regular reporting requirements.
- Execute the annual business development, partner services and marketing plans to ensure achievement of the Company's objectives while maintaining effective cost controls.
- Financial reporting, including input to budgets, sales pipeline management, revenue and other relevant forecasting.
- A strong background in sales within the EdTech or Higher Education industry.
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results.
- Excellent understanding of market trends and client needs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
