- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Service Delivery, Procurement, and Finance teams to deliver compliant and high-quality proposals to customers.
- Ensure that the bid management process is strictly followed across all stages.
- Maintain, update, and enhance CNS proposal templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Facilitate opportunity qualification discussions between Sales and Pre-Sales teams.
- Coordinate with Pre-Sales and Account Managers on clarifications, site visits, bid bonds, and other requirements essential for tender preparation.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on bid progress, escalating critical issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing commercial proposals in collaboration with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Management.
- Oversee the overall response to customers, assessing risks associated with bid delivery, and ensuring appropriate mitigation measures are taken under senior management guidance.
- Manage the bid plan and schedule, ensuring timely contributions from all departments.
- Conduct quality checks on technical and commercial proposals, including final formatting and presentation.
- Ensure proposals are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Maintain a centralized database of all submitted proposals for tracking and reporting.
- Prepare sales reports for management using CRM data.
- Log and track orders in CRM.
- Prepare costing sheets and support in financial documentation.
- Assist the team in preparing presentations (PPT).
- Support the team in order amendments and bid bond requests.
- Document and compile Pre-Sales achievements at the end of each year.
- Assist Management in meetings and reports (as requested)
- Ambassador of CNS and its values related to compliance in Anti-Corruption policy for Partners (ie. Cisco)
- Bachelor Degree
- Master Degree
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in bid coordination, bid management, or proposal development within the IT or systems integration industry.
- 5-7 Years
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proven experience in coordinating virtual teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent proposal editing and formatting skills (MS Office and Adobe Acrobat).
- Knowledge of proposal quality management to ensure compliance, clarity, and presentation.
- Ability to consolidate inputs from multiple departments into cohesive proposals.
- Strong conflict-handling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Technical writing and commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of CRM – Salesforce.
- Pro-active (not only administrative attitude) in searching for new tenders
- Very good knowledge of English – minimum C1
