As a Pediatrician, you will manage the health and development of infants, children, and adolescents across a range of clinical conditions. You'll work within a collaborative care model, leveraging advanced diagnostics and integrated referrals to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with Al-Futtaim Health's patient-first commitment.What You'll Do
- Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions including respiratory, allergy, growth, and chronic disorders
- Administer vaccinations, monitor developmental stages, and guide preventive care
- Educate families on wellness, nutrition, hygiene, and safety
- Provide ongoing support to patients with complex or chronic health needs
- Communicate diagnoses and care plans clearly to parents and caregivers
- Maintain meticulous medical records and participate in audits or CME programs
- Work alongside specialists in a referral-based, high-quality outpatient network
- DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Pediatric Specialist
- MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution
- Pediatric specialization approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH
- Fluent in Arabic and English (required)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a specialist
- Skilled in managing both acute and long-term pediatric health cases
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling abilities
- Confident in building or managing an existing patient base
- Experience in evidence-based care delivery and EMR systems
- BLS and ALS certifications mandatory
- Published academic contributions are a plus
