- Source and maintain relationships with corporate clients, landlords, investors, and developers.
- Identify commercial real estate opportunities, including office spaces, retail units, warehouses, and investment properties.
- Conduct market research and stay informed on zoning laws, commercial property regulations, and economic trends.
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and commercial lease structures.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and property presentations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate sales, leases, and renewals on behalf of clients.
- Conduct site visits, valuations, and due diligence activities.
- Maintain an up-to-date CRM system and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Develop strategies to optimize property use and increase asset value for clients.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within commercial or B2B environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai commercial real estate market is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client advisory skills.
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, ROI calculations, and investment analysis.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
- Must hold a valid Driving License.
- Must have 6 months of financial savings (as this is a commission-only role).
- Education Certificate (GCSE Level or higher) required.
- Available to start immediately.
