As a Commis III, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of dishes in the kitchen, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food preparation areas, and ensuring all food items are prepared according to the recipes and standards.Job Responsibility:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items under the supervision of the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality.
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Help with inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service.Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commis III or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Basic understanding of cooking methods and techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
