- Lead a team of structural engineers and BIM modelers across multiple infrastructure design phases
- Manage discipline schedules and coordinate deliverables with the Design Manager or Director
- Mentor team members, ensuring continuous technical growth and process alignment
- Oversee interdisciplinary coordination to deliver well-integrated designs
- Represent Parsons in client meetings, delivering progress updates and technical briefings
- Review final designs for quality assurance and compliance with project standards
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 18 years of experience on large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in structural analysis software: Midas Civil, CSi Bridge, SAP2000, ETABS
- Deep understanding of international codes such as AASHTO and Eurocode
- Proven expertise in bridge, tunnel, and underpass design, including complex multi-level structures
- Familiarity with geotechnical engineering principles and parameter interpretation
