- Deliver engaging training programs to employees across different functions.
- Monitor training progress through assessments, discussions, and appraisals.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and performance gaps.
- Continuously update and improve course content to maintain relevance and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in L&D, preferably in leisure, entertainment, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong understanding of training design, delivery, and evaluation processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
