🌟 We're Hiring: Platform Support Executive – Vista (Roxy)! 🌟Job Summary:Require a Level 2 Vista Application and POS support specialist to operate within a fast-paced growing Cinema chain. The ideal candidate is expected to possess 3-4 years of hands-on experience on Vista which includes system setup, configuration, POS Setup and configuration, service/incident resolution meeting the set SLAs. The candidate is also expected to understand integrations across various layers of integration touchpoints within ERP such as Finance, Inventory modules and BI systems. Although this is an L2 Support role, the candidate is expected to work closely with L1 Support team, business/operations users and vendors.📍 Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

💼 Role: Platform Support Executive – Vista (Roxy)Salary - 12000 AEDExperience - 3 + yearsWhat You'll Do:Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 2 support for Vista POS issues escalated from front-line (Level 1) helpdesk and operations teams.
Assisting and troubleshooting issues relating to Vista Central and Cinema modules thus ensuring financial data is correct in Vista and further to the ERP.
Analyse and troubleshoot issues in POS integration points with systems such as ERP, inventory management, loyalty, and reporting tools.
Participate in Vista upgrade and Cloud Migration projects, including UAT support, rollout coordination, and post-go-live troubleshooting.
Support configuration and maintenance of Vista modules such Head Office, Loyalty, Voucher Management/Gift Cards, Connect and Cinema.
Assist in the rollout of new Cinemas or system enhancements within the park.
Document technical issues, resolutions and known error workarounds.
Report and follow up Incidents/Service requests with Vista and ensure that required support are provided to the Vista support team to resolve incidents and their timely closure.
Monitor system performance and proactively flag risks that could affect guest experience or transaction accuracy.
Work with vendors (including but not limited to Vista) to escalate and resolve complex issues.

What We're Looking For:Required Skills and Qualifications: 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Vista Application, preferably in high-transaction volume environments. Working knowledge of POS integrations with ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, and BI/reporting systems. Ability to support data validation and reconciliation support activities in collaboration with Finance and BI teams. Familiarity with Vista modules (HO, Loyalty, Connect, Cinema etc.). Strong diagnostic and communication skills, especially in multi-stakeholder environments (IT, Operations, Finance).
