Key Responsibilities· Deliver engaging, interactive soft skills training sessions for contact center agents, team leaders, and managers (in Arabic and English).· Provide hands-on coaching and feedback using INSIGHTS’ proven quality assurance frameworks.· Participate in client consultancy projects: gather requirements, conduct research, and recommend actionable solutions.· Build strong client relationships and represent INSIGHTS at industry events and conferences.· Contribute to continuous improvement by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.· Support other training and development initiatives as needed.
