BIM Coordinator

• Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed 3D structural BIM models using Revit.
• Audit structural Revit models for quality, BIM standards adherence, and performance workflows.
• Detect and report clashes between structural and other disciplines using Navisworks.
• Ensure BIM deliverables comply with company standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and consultants to integrate multidisciplinary models.
• Maintain project worksets, naming conventions, and parameters.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure model integrity and data accuracy.
• Support teams with technical BIM troubleshooting and best practices.
• Assist in preparing shop drawings, schedules, and quantities from models.

• ✅ Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination for structural projects.
• ✅ Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• ✅ Good understanding of BIM workflows and BEPs.
• ✅ Solid knowledge of structural systems and construction practices.
• ✅ Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• ✅ Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams.
• ✅ Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Certification in Autodesk Revit or BIM Coordination.
• Familiarity with scripting tools (Dynamo, Python) for automation.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650, BS1192, and UNI Class systems.
