Job descriptionOur client is a market-leading Financial Services organisation that is building out its own innovation hub and developing groundbreaking products!They are based in Abu Dhabi and are working on the Middle East's most revolutionary financial projects, utilizing AI/ML.They are looking for a Product Owner with over 8 years experience who has worked within Financial Services, and to come in and drive the execution of AI use cases by translating the product vision for delivery teams.
This will be an IC position, and you will be supporting the team and developing AI initiatives, so you must be able to provide clarity that you can work autonomously and be comfortable being hands on.Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals and AI use case priorities.
Prioritize features and tasks by evaluating business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
Ensure clear communication of goals and progress across all teams involved in AI product delivery.
Track and assess delivery against expected outcomes to make sure that product features deliver tangible value to both users and the business.
Support change management and adoption efforts across the organization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and collect user feedback to inform future iterations and roadmap planning.Qualifications:
Must have 8+ years of experience in product ownership, preferably in the AI and FS/Fintech space.
Familiar with AI/ML lifecycle and ability to work alongside cross-functional teams ( data science, engineers and designers).
Strong stakeholder communication with both tech and non-tech teams.
