- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
- Ability to develop creative, data-driven marketing solutions.
- Familiarity with UAE real estate laws, advertising regulations, and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience within UAE real estate development.
- Master's degree or professional marketing certifications (preferred).
- Established connections with vendors and marketing agencies (preferred).
In this role, you will oversee campaign development, cross-functional collaboration, and vendor management to ensure consistent branding and market impact. Leveraging your expertise in off-plan marketing, you will manage budgets, timelines, and customer engagement from pre-launch through post-handover.Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the full marketing strategy for the launch and promotion of a premium high rise off plan residential tower, ensuring alignment with the company's growth and branding objectives.
- Develop compelling campaigns across digital, print, and outdoor platforms to drive brand visibility, and project awareness in the market.
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales, development and operations to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage external agencies and vendors including creative, media buying, PR, and digital marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of high impact campaigns.
- Leverage your experience in off plan real estate marketing to manage project timelines, marketing budgets, and buyer journey touchpoints from pre-launch to post-handover.
- Strategic Problem-Solving and Decision-Making to analyze competitive positioning to address marketing challenges proactively and suitable decision making in the principles of a real estate development company.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including internal teams, brokers, investors, and media partners to enhance collaboration and brand reputation.
