The Oracle Cloud Security Consultant - Dubai, UAE will deliver end-to-end security design, assessment, and implementation across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and related applications. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure security, migration from legacy platforms, and compliance with international standards.Core Duties

Deliver Oracle Cloud security assessments and implement secure solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, and business processes
Lead migration from Oracle E-Business Suite to Oracle Fusion Cloud with strong security alignment
Design application security, automated controls, and GRC frameworks in line with Oracle best practices
Define and maintain role-based access control models across Oracle Cloud applications
Conduct audits and assessments to identify security gaps and propose solutions
Provide technical advisory support throughout Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM project cycles
Develop and implement secure architectures using cloud platforms (public, private, hybrid)
Apply Zero Trust security models, IAM policies, encryption standards, and secure networking
Lead cloud migration security planning and execution
Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, ISR, and CSA
Implement data protection mechanisms including encryption, masking, and tokenization
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of security architecture and procedures

Required Skills and Experience

Strong background in Oracle Cloud security design and implementation
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud
Knowledge of role-based access control models and GRC frameworks
Expertise in cloud-native security architectures and Zero Trust models
Proven ability in encryption, IAM, and secure networking configurations
Hands-on experience with data protection practices for cloud environments
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and CSA
Excellent advisory, communication, and documentation skills

Certifications

Mandatory: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Security Professional
Preferred: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Migration Architect Professional
Additional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CSA, or ISO 27001 are an advantage
