- Lead digital workstreams during transactions, including due diligence, target assessment, integration planning, and post-deal execution.

- Act as a key interface with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure risks are managed and strategic outcomes are achieved.
- Contribute to the evaluation of digital capabilities of target companies and recommend integration pathways.

Minimum Qualifications : - system implementation and strategy development
- 10 years of experience as a senior in the field of program management
- Solid Experience of IT infrastructures, IT security, Digital M&A best practices and interorganisational IT contracting
- Solid Experience in the buildout of new IT organisations and capabilities
- Excellence in the development of IT Strategies for organisation
