- Create and execute tailored social media strategies that align with client objectives.
- Lead content planning and production workflows, overseeing approvals and timelines.
- Manage community interactions to ensure timely, brand-aligned responses.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare comprehensive reports, and present insights to clients.
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Keep abreast of social trends, platform updates, and new tools to propose fresh ideas.
- 2-4 years of solid experience in social media account management or client servicing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, confident presenting to clients.
- Deep familiarity with social platforms, scheduling/analytics tools, and best practices.
- Comfort with data-driven decision making - able to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A creative, solutions-focused attitude and a knack for proactive problem solving.
- Portfolio of past campaigns or examples of work is desirable.
