- Drive Revenue: Individually contribute to the region's sales revenue by identifying and prospecting new business opportunities (50% of your activities) while nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients (50%).
- Business Development: Develop and implement a robust business plan and sales strategy to ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
- Client Engagement: Lead face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospects and clients to present the IDC portfolio and build strong, long-term relationships.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our support teams to drive business and ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM and provide valuable local market intelligence to inform business growth strategies.
- Pricing & Proposals: Deliver timely, accurate, and competitive pricing on proposals, customizing them to meet client needs while maintaining maximum profit margins.
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant consultative and solution-selling experience, with a solid grasp of the ICT market.
- Academic Background: A university degree in marketing or business studies.
- Core Competencies: Excellent presentation, demonstration, and communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to effectively interact with professionals at all levels of an organization.
- Preferred Qualification: Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
