In this role, you'll support the evaluation and execution of international, debt-based transactions, working closely with senior team members on financial analysis, due diligence, and deal structuring.

Conduct in-depth financial analysis and build transaction models
Support due diligence processes and deal execution
Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders
Monitor portfolio performance and market trends

Exposure to multinational environmentOpportunities for continued professional and personal development

UAE National with 2-4 years of experience
Background in Mergers & Acquisitions or Private Equity
Strong command of financial modeling, including experience with LBO structures
