- Demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding of our competitors’ strategies, products, solutions and services.
- Focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth.
- Determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.
- Drive your business ensuring 360 degrees stakeholder mapping from Contractor, Consultant and End User levels that will result in ensuring higher winning rates and driving your plan.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Instrumentation
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Security Systems Sales in UAE market
- Experience in designing technical solutions, select equipment and advise customers on solutions
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Determined, results driven, strong sales drive
- Deliver technical solution presentation
- Fluent language skills in English
- UAE driving license is must.
