- Direct all phases of construction across large infrastructure projects-highways, tunnels, and bridges
- Lead teams of Construction Managers, Senior Engineers, and Resident Engineers to ensure successful project execution
- Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently to meet project milestones and budgets
- Drive the preparation and review of progress reports, presentations, and formal client updates
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with clients, government authorities, and community stakeholders
- Establish and enforce project-specific construction policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Guide strategic decision-making to address scope changes, scheduling issues, and budget constraints
- Represent Parsons in bid preparation and proposal development for construction supervision and PMC projects
- Champion innovation, safety, and sustainability in every aspect of construction delivery
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 20+ years of proven leadership in large civil infrastructure projects (bridges, tunnels, highways)
- Prior successful delivery of complex infrastructure programs in the Middle East, especially UAE
- Strong ability to manage large teams and interact confidently with technical experts and stakeholders
- Deep understanding of construction practices, quality standards, and regional compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
