Conducts audit of check settlements, credit card transactions, and prepares audit worksheets for food and beverage outlets and front office transactions.
Prepare daily Maison checks consumption report.
Stay up to date with evolving regulatory and market events relating to the Fixed Income businesses
Ensure all house-use telephones are properly authorized and prepare the month-end report for accounting entry.
Performs regular spot check on all revenue centers.
Prepare computation of monthly payment of Public Municipality Fees, Tourism Dirham fee and VAT.
Ensure all cash floats are counted and verified at least once every month.
Review and check any discrepancy on Rooms or F&B revenue report.
Ensure all revenue reports generated by the system are accurate.
Prepare Analysis Reports - Rate Variance, No Show, Cancellation, Late Departure, Early Arrival and Departure, Zero Rate, Complimentary and House use rooms.
Ensure all rates and rate codes are documented, approved, and loaded in the PMS and Reservations systems.
Prepare and post daily revenue journals and distribute them to the management.
Validate and upload daily revenue and statistics Journal into the system and government website, ensuring all figures are captured and in balance.
We are looking for someone who has:
Graduate degree in Accountancy or any related business course.
Minimum of two (2) years' experience in the same capacity in a 5* hotel.
A background in financial procedures with emphasis on Income Audit.
Strong analytical skills, and with attention to details.
