We are seeking a proactive and motivated Master Captain with a 200GT license to safely operate a large yacht, supervise the crew, and ensure smooth, successful trips.This role focuses on driving the yacht, ensuring guest safety, and overseeing operations while coordinating with the line manager.Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely navigate and operate the yacht during trips.
  • Supervise and coordinate with the crew to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of guests throughout the trip.
  • Coordinate with the line manager for daily operations and logistical needs.
  • Manage trip planning, including route and guest requirements.
  • Handle any issues that arise during the trip to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Encourage guests to leave positive reviews.
Requirements:
  • Master Captain - 200GT qualification and all relevant driving documents.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of trip routes and local tourist spots.
  • Minimum 2 years as a 200GT captain experience is required
Job Type:Full-time, PermanentSalary range:AED 7500 and above
