Talent Acquisition SpecialistJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and professional interaction throughout the recruitment process.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and trends.
  • Excellent sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with social media recruiting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the UAE job market is a plus.
