- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Relations Executives to ensure effective handling of escalated complaints
- Monitor team schedules and real-time performance to meet operational needs
- Manage complaint resolution processes across multiple channels, including social media and DED cases
- Analyze team data and performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate closely with Quality and Business Development teams to resolve on-ground partner and booking issues
- Unblock operational challenges by proactively identifying root causes and implementing practical solutions
- Drive process optimization efforts to improve complaint handling workflows and increase team efficiency
- Keep a strong pulse on team morale and engagement, taking actions that improve retention and employee satisfaction
- Proven experience in Customer Support or Complaints Management roles as a Team Lead or Supervisor
- Solid understanding of customer service operations in the UAE market
- Previous experience in e-commerce and/or online service platforms
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Experience managing KPIs such as SLA, CSAT, and Quality Scores
- Ability to manage cross-functional relationships with teams such as Quality, BD, and Operations
- High sense of ownership and accountability in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Experience in complaints management or the service industry (nice to have)
- Fluency in Arabic (nice to have)
