- Drive growth by signing up new properties under WiseStay’s holiday home management model
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
- Build relationships with landlords, agents, developers, and investors
- Recruit and train a future business development team under your leadership
- Coordinate closely with the founder and marketing team to align growth campaigns
- Represent WiseStay at meetings, events, and partnership discussions
- Suggest and implement growth strategies (pricing, areas to target, sales tools)
- Use CRM software to track pipeline, performance, and reporting
- Maintain operational oversight of new property onboarding (photos, listings, system setup)
- Think and act like a growth partner, not an employee — your success is tied to WiseStay’s
- Salary: AED 6,000–12,000/month based on experience + commission
- Commission: High-performance commission per signed unit
- Bonuses: Incentives for performance milestones and team growth
- Office: Park Lane Tower, Office 0811, Business Bay, Dubai
- Working with Founder: You’ll report directly to the founder and help shape WiseStay’s future
