- Ensure management expectations on the Conduct of Maintenance are implemented and communicate with respective maintenance teams to ensure high level of safety and reliability of plant systems.
- Provide coaching to maintenance personnel improve training effectiveness.
- Provide training feedback on program effectiveness through evaluation of performance to ensure a high quality of training and qualification program.
- Support outage and/or the ERO, as assigned, to ensure safe, reliable and continued operations; this may require shift work/off hours support.

- Lead the teams and perform Instrumentation maintenance job tasks in a timely manner and with quality to achieve operational readiness and to operate with the highest level of safety and reliability.
- To ensure the appropriate functioning, the following instrumentation maintenance are maintained and overseen:
- Review work packages for operation and outage maintenance activities to ensure and improve the quality of the work packages.
- Perform proper and timely preparation and staging of maintenance work activities including the submission of procurement requests on the system for equipment spare parts and special tools to ensure maintenance activities are properly resourced. Consolidate the list of spare parts and secure critical spare parts to ensure system operability.
- Attend pre- and post-job briefings and oversee maintenance teams performing tasks to ensure alignment with the maintenance standards and procedures in Nawah.
- Review equipment master list and requests to incorporate in Operation Management System (OMS) to improve knowledge of the implemented programs.
- Implement foreign material exclusion (FME) program in accordance with the program requirements and guidelines to ensure plant safety and reliability.
- Implement Corrective Action Program (CAP) and support to analyze, address and correct deficiencies
- Support in the production of high standard self-assessments to provide for useful self-criticality and continuous improvement.
- Execute troubleshooting process on I&C systems and equipment to ensure that issues are resolved correctly and in a timely manner.
- Take out work clearances to perform maintenance instrumentation work safely.
- Comply with Maintenance Code of Conduct procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety and reliability of the plants.
- Verify that all work carried out is of the highest standards of safety and quality, and in compliance with the department and company-wide quality assurance program, to effectively support safe and reliable plant operation.
- Participate in continuous learning and application of industry best practices to maintain the highest quality of maintenance workmanship.
