- Monitor risks and issues, escalating when necessary
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
- Assist with project governance and compliance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in project coordination or IT project management
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or other project management frameworks
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with project management software and tools
- Certification such as ITIL Foundation, PMP, or CSM is preferred
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English
