The Accounts Receivable Manager plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of the organization by overseeing the accounts receivable department. This position is responsible for ensuring that the company collects payments from clients in a timely manner, maintains accurate financial records, and implements effective credit control measures. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise the accounts receivable team to ensure efficient processing of invoices and collections.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for credit control and collections.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on accounts receivable status to senior management.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
  • Conduct credit assessments for new clients and establish credit limits.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounts receivable function.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial audits related to accounts receivable.

  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
