- Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business goals in the aviation environment
- Advise C-level executives on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Lead organizational design and change management initiatives in response to evolving industry trends
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for all aviation-specific functions including pilots, cabin crew, engineers, and support staff
- Drive Emiratization and diversity initiatives in line with regulatory expectations
- Forecast manpower needs and manage talent pipelines for operational readiness
- Implement KPI-driven performance management frameworks
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and training programs tailored to aviation functions
- Promote a learning culture that supports continuous improvement and compliance
- Ensure compliance with GCAA, ICAO, and UAE labor laws
- Lead audits, regulatory inspections, and internal investigations related to HR practices
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and employee handbooks aligned with local and international aviation standards
- Design competitive C&B structures for aviation roles, including shift-based and risk allowances
- Lead annual compensation reviews and incentive programs
- Benchmark industry salary trends to retain top talent
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) preferred
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Strategic mindset and business acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional HR teams
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a diverse environment
- Crisis and change management experience in high-stakes environments
