- Responsible for the allocation of staffing, budget, and resources to meet the department requirements.
- Review and analyze sales performances against targets and develop plans to overcome any shortage.
- Apply all necessary precautions to avoid any future liability on the company.
- Review and initial all client’s contracts including but not limited to scope, payment terms, termination clause, liability…etc.
- Manages effective relationships with clients, vendors.
- Conduct market study to capture volume of business in different sectors to plan business expansion.
- Compliance to all applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO applicable standards, SAAC and SASO and legal/ regulatory requirements.
- Post Graduate qualification in Management/Engineering or MBA is preferred.
- Relevant qualification and certification as per required system standards.
- 12 years’ experience in the same field with 10 years supervisory experience.
