  • Develop and publish dashboards tracking retention product performance across brands and branches
  • Conduct market intelligence activities and gather customer insights
  • Analyze trends in retention and retention product performance, and share key findings
  • Conduct feasibility studies for potential new products
  • Present proposals to stakeholders with clear roadmaps and outcomes
